Tuesday 17th February 10.00 - 11.00 & 11.00 - 12.00
Wednesday 18th February 10.00 - 11.00 & 11.00 - 12.00
Thursday 19th February 10.00 - 11.00 & 11.00 - 12.00
Friday 20th February 10.00 - 11.00 & 11.00 - 12.00
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of lesson.
- Please bring with you any swimming aids that are normally used.
- Long hair must be either tied back or swimming hats used at all times.
- Lessons are subject to change due to this being a Swimming Teacher training programme.
- Due to being a training programme the Teachers may change every 30 mintues.
- Please remove all footwear before entering the changing rooms.
Stage 1 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Non Swimmer
4 years plus – Needs aids, lacks water confidence, little or no travel on front or back.

Stage 2 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Non Swimmer
Needs aids but can travel up to 5 metres front and or back. Has basic water confidence.

Stage 3 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Beginners
Can swim front paddle / back paddle 5 metres with no aids, can use noodle or floats, able to jump in.

Stage 4 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Advanced Beginner
Can swim basic front crawl, backcrawl with understanding of breaststroke kick and be able to swim 10 metres.

Stage 5 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Improver
Can swim Frontcrawl / backcrawl / basic breaststroke will learn basic butterfly.

Stage 6 & 7 - 10.00 - 11.00
Qualification: Advanced Beginner / Improver
Can swim Frontcrawl / backcrawl / breaststroke as well as basic butterfly, start to learn basic diving able to swim 20 metres.
Or can swim frontcrawl / backcrawl / breaststroke basic butterfly, develop basic diving able to swim 25 metres plus.
